Job summary

Whitesun is seeking a System Service Executive (Field Work) to maintain, upgrade and manage software, hardware, surveillance and networks at client locations in Bengaluru. The role requires diagnosing problems, communicating with diverse teams, and ensuring infrastructure runs smoothly.

The candidate will install/configure software and hardware, manage servers, monitor performance, and troubleshoot outages while maintaining security via backups and firewalls.

Qualifications

• Fresher or with about 2 years' experience in system administration.

Designation: System Service Excecutive (Field Work)

We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our Software, Hardware, Surveillance and Networks, implemented at client locations

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements and skills

• Fresher / Experienced(2year).


• BSc/Ba/BCA/PUC in Computer Science or a related discipline.


• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management


• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery


• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms


• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
