Job summary

Luxoft in India is seeking an experienced Workday SCM specialist to manage and support Requisition, Procurement, and Invoices workflows. You will collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement to optimize processes and ensure smooth bi-annual upgrades.

You'll handle O&M activities, assist with marketplace integrations (GHX, Prodigo), and troubleshoot Workday integrations using EIBs, with strong stakeholder management across Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Supply Chain expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Requisition, Procurement, and Invoices workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management across Supply Chain functions.
• Experience in O&M support and Workday upgrade cycles.
• Experience with marketplace applications (GHX, Prodigo).
• Familiarity with ParEx system.
• Good understanding of Workday integrations and troubleshooting EIBs.

This role focuses on managing and supporting Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including requisition, procurement, and invoice workflows. The candidate will collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement stakeholders, handle O&M activities (access requests, incidents, enhancements), and contribute to Workday bi-annual upgrades. Additional responsibilities include working with marketplace applications and troubleshooting Workday integrations.
