Job Description

• A client of Insight Global’s is looking to hire a Retail Systems Engineer to join their team. This person will serve as the escalation point for the tier 1 team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and configuring the POS equipment, network, operating systems, and applications. This position also requires some project management as it relates to hardware refresh efforts, new store support, and preparation work needed for busy seasons. As common issues are discovered it will be requested that this person manage documentation and training the tier 1 team on solutioning these issues. This is a 6-Month contract with the potential to extend or convert depending on budget and performance. This position is onsite 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday, with Friday as a flex day.

$13/hr to $15/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
