Crestt Innotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a System Engineer to join our field service team in Surat, Gujarat. You will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of industrial systems at customer sites across Gujarat.

The role requires 1–4 years of experience in field service, with ITI/ Diploma/ BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering. Travel across Gujarat and on-site work at manufacturing sites are expected.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Instrumentation engineering.
• Hands-on field experience with installation, servicing and maintenance of industrial automation equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control circuits.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to join our field engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, breakdown repair, preventive maintenance, and servicing of industrial equipment and technical systems at customer sites across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Install, commission, configure, and test industrial equipment and technical automation systems at client facilities.
• Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and system-level operational faults.
• Maintenance Management: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and respond swiftly to breakdown maintenance requests.
• Quality Testing: Inspect, test, and verify complete functionality and safety of machinery post-repair or service.
• Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer service calls and deliver effective technical resolution on-site.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with Application Engineering and Sales teams for smooth project execution.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs, calibration certificates, and installation records.
• Client Training: Train customer operational staff on safety procedures, daily operations, and basic maintenance.
• Asset Management: Manage assigned service tools, diagnostic instruments, and spare parts inventory responsibly.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to company safety policies and customer site safety regulations.
• Field Operations: Travel extensively to customer manufacturing plants and industrial sites across Gujarat.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic capabilities for complex industrial machinery.
• Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Documentation Reading: Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control circuits, and technical operation manuals.
• Practical Experience: Hands-on field experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining industrial automation equipment.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for drafting service reports and maintenance logs.
• Soft Skills: Strong customer-handling, time-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in teams.

Experience & General Requirements

• Experience Range: 1 to 4 years of proven field service engineering experience in industrial machinery, manufacturing plants, automation systems, or technical support. (Note: Freshers are not eligible).
• License: Valid two-wheeler driving license (Mandatory).
• Mobility & Work Conditions: High willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and work directly in manufacturing environments.
