Job summary

See Outside Surabhi Placement Services Pune is seeking engineers for its MNC clients in Pune District. The role focuses on end user support, infrastructure and service request management, and knowledge base preparation for service requests and RCA. L1/L2/L3 level support for Windows is expected.

NP- 30 days, immediate preferred. Pick-up/drop and food facilities are optional if available; telephonic interview possible for other Mumbai locations.

Qualifications

• End user support across desktops and peripherals.
• Infrastructural maintenance and incident handling.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Windows environments.
• Handle knowledge base maintenance and RCA documentation.
• Generate and present reports on service requests.
• Coordinate with teams for issue resolution and follow-up.
