Job summary

Iflow is seeking a Dynatrace Admin to monitor and optimize performance using Dynatrace and Matomo. You will configure dashboards, alerts and metrics, and interpret data to diagnose issues with a modern containerized environment.

Responsibilities include proactive alerting, capacity analytics, and exploring automation and third-party tool integrations to improve reporting and operations. Chennai or Hyderabad locations preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynatrace and Matomo administration and configuration.
• Ability to design proactive monitoring, alerts and dashboards.
• Knowledge of modern containerized micro-service environments.

Responsibilities

• Capture and analyze performance using Dynatrace and Matomo.
• Administer installation/configuration of dashboards, alerts and metrics.
• Define issues and devise resolutions from product knowledge.
