Job summary

QualityKiosk Technologies in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Dynatrace Administrator to oversee installation, configuration, and monitoring of the Dynatrace environment across applications and infrastructure. You will manage OneAgent deployment, dashboards, alerts, and monitoring policies to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration/Monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with OneAgent Installation and Configuration.
• Strong knowledge of APM (Application Performance Monitoring).
• Experience with dashboards, alerting, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows servers.
• Understanding of production support, incident management, and RCA.
