Job summary

Wipro in Hyderabad is seeking a Dynatrace Administrator to join our digital operations team. You will administer and support the Dynatrace monitoring platform, deploy and maintain components, and configure monitoring, alerts, dashboards, and reports to ensure optimal performance.

You will troubleshoot performance issues across Linux, Unix, Windows, applications, and middleware, perform incident management and root cause analysis, and collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to

Qualifications

• Dynatrace Administration experience including OneAgent deployment and ActiveGate management.
• Experience configuring monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and reports.
• Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Scripting skills using Python or Shell.
• Experience managing Linux/Unix/Windows and middleware monitoring.
• Experience with ITIL processes and Agile environments (preferred).
