Job summary

Indovance in Pune, India, seeks an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage Windows Servers, AD, M365, DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP, and network security. You will support users, deploy software, and monitor system health while coordinating with vendors.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with PowerShell, GPOs, disaster recovery, and network security, and will document configurations to ensure business continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Windows Server administration and Active Directory/Group Policy management.
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 deployment and security.
• DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi network basics.
• Backup/DR solutions and documentation of configurations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, backup systems, and endpoint security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, infrastructure, and user access-related issues.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, Group Policies, software deployments, system updates, and backup processes.
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for support and procurement activities.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
• Implement and maintain security best practices across systems and networks.
• Ensure business continuity through regular backup verification and disaster recovery preparedness.
