Job summary

Amantya Technologies, Inc. in Delhi is seeking an IT support engineer to diagnose and resolve technical issues, support deployment and development teams, and coordinate with SMEs for issue ownership.

You will work with ITSM tools like JIRA, implement monitoring with Grafana and AlertManager, and contribute to security audits, automation via shell scripting, and basic cloud/DevOps tasks with Docker, GitLab and GCP.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
• Experience with ITSM tools, e.g., JIRA.
• Experience owning issues and coordinating with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Application deployment and development team support
• Handling security audits and vulnerability remediation
• Automation of system management task using shell scripting
• Monitoring & alerting implementation using Grafana, AlertManager, Node Exporter
• Firewall management (Sophos, server-level rules, MAC binding)
• Network management with routers, switches, wifi
• Backup of servers and VMs including files and databases
• Exposure to DevOps tools (GitLab, Ansible, Docker, GCP)
• DB knowledge & PL SQL + Cloud Backup + cloud storage
