Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Network Technician to support global retail network infrastructure. You will contribute with hands-on routing, switching and wireless expertise, configure routers and access points, and coordinate with ITSM tools for issue resolution.

Candidate should have knowledge of Aruba/Cisco TAC/RMA, ClearPass/ISE basics, and be ready for 24/7 operational support. Independent work and strong troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of networking experience.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in routing, switching and wireless.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches and access points.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM tool.
• Experience with Aruba / Cisco TAC and RMA support.
• Basic knowledge in ClearPass/ISE.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with onsite engineers to resolve issues.
• Familiarity with network switches, cable management, and troubleshooting.
• CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Available to work on 24/7 Operations support.
• Strong technical background in network planning, RF, and RFID/AP systems.

• Maintain network switches and cable management; troubleshoot as needed.
