Job summary

Infosys is seeking a networking professional in Hyderabad to join our Cloud Infrastructure Services team. Your role will focus on interfacing with clients for quality assurance, providing inputs for solution delivery, and leading teams in developing high-quality code.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of network protocols and experience with monitoring and troubleshooting networks. Knowledge of ITIL processes is also pivotal.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of network protocols: SDWAN, SDLAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF.
• Ability to configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Experience with ITIL Process: Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients for quality assurance and issue resolution.
• Create and review designs, validate architecture, and ensure service offerings.
• Conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
• You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
• You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
• You would be a key contributor to building efficient programs/ systems and if you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Deep understanding of network protocols: SDWAN, SDLAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, WLC, WAP, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol. Network Configuration Management: Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls according to established standards and best practices. Network monitoring: Monitor network performance metrics like bandwidth utilization, latency, and packet loss to identify potential issues and proactively address them. Troubleshooting skills: Ability to analyze network traffic, diagnose issues using tools like ping, traceroute, and packet captures. Wireless Network troubleshooting for Cisco, Aruba, Juniper. ITIL Process working experience of Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration management. Working knowledge on DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Cloud Proxy.
