Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a network professional to join our Pune-based team. The role focuses on strong network administration and troubleshooting across TCP/IP, MPLS, VLANs, QoS, and switching technologies, with exposure to firewalls and Cisco Wireless Controllers.

The candidate must communicate clearly in English and be available for 24x7 shifts. The selected professional will collaborate with geographically distributed teams, handle multiple tasks, and contribute to the stability

Qualifications

• Strong network administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding and troubleshooting of TCP/IP, switching & routing protocols, MPLS, and load balancing.
• Knowledge of STP, VTP, HSRP, VLAN, QoS and other switching technologies.
• Experience with Cisco Wireless Controllers.
• Exposure to firewalls (Cisco ASA / Palo Alto / Check Point).
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities to work with dispersed teams.
• Excellent listening and fluent English communication.
• Willingness to work in shifts for 24x7 support.
• Strong team player with commitment to business success.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities
