Takenaka is seeking a field survey professional to conduct topographical, boundary and construction layout surveys using total stations, GPS and drones. You will analyze data and prepare maps, reports and legal descriptions.
Key duties include providing site measurements for excavation and foundation layouts, verifying project dimensions against design specs, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors and managers to resolve site issues.

Survey Planning & Execution:
Conduct topographical, boundary, and construction layout surveys using advanced surveying instruments (e.g., total stations, GPS, drones).
Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, reports, and legal descriptions.

Construction Support:
Provide accurate site measurements for excavation, foundation layouts, and other construction activities.
Verify project dimensions and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Data Analysis & Documentation:
Interpret and verify data accuracy, such as measurements and calculations.
Maintain detailed survey records, field notes, and sketches.
4.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve design discrepancies or site issues.
Assist in resolving boundary disputes or legal land issues.
5.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure compliance with local laws, codes, and safety regulations.
Use and maintain survey equipment in adherence to manufacturer and safety standards.
Proficiency in surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, drones, and
