Job summary

Randstad in Tamil Nadu is seeking field survey staff to conduct door-to-door household surveys gathering data on water connections, meter status, headcount, service quality, and customer feedback for the KUWSIP project.

You will record and verify information via a mobile app or paper forms, educate households about project activities, water supply improvements, and the importance of water conservation, and capture grievances to improve service delivery in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door household surveys to collect data on water connections, meter status, headcount, service quality, and customer feedback.
• Record and verify survey information using a mobile app/tablet or physical forms.
• Sensitize households about KUWSIP project activities, water supply improvements, and the importance of water conservation.
• Capture customer grievances and understand social impact and customer behaviour zone-wise.
• Ensure accurate field data collection and enhance overall customer service.
