Job summary

WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Field Survey Executive to conduct field surveys across assigned areas in Jaipur, collect accurate information, and update data through the company portal.

You will visit households, properties, and commercial areas, verify data, and ensure timely submission of reports. The role requires Graduate, good MS Excel, strong communication, willingness to travel, and ability to coordinate field staff with government officials.

Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream) is required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic report preparation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Ability to coordinate with field staff and government officials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys across assigned areas and collect accurate information/data.
• Visit households, properties, commercial areas, and other assigned locations as per survey requirements.
• Collect, verify, and update survey data through the company portal/app.
• Ensure accurate mapping and identification of properties, households, and field locations.
• Monitor daily survey progress and achieve assigned targets within the given timeline.
• Check and verify the accuracy of data collected by field teams.
• Coordinate with field employees and supervisors for smooth execution of survey activities.
• Maintain proper records of daily survey activities and submit required reports to management.
• Follow all company SOPs and guidelines during field visits and data collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit households, properties, commercial areas, and other assigned locations as per survey requirements.
• Collect, verify, and update survey data through the company portal/app.
• Ensure accurate mapping and identification of properties, households, and field locations.
• Monitor daily survey progress and achieve assigned targets within the given timeline.
• Check and verify the accuracy of data collected by field teams.
• Coordinate with field employees and supervisors for smooth execution of survey activities.
• Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, or issues found during field surveys.
• Maintain proper records of daily survey activities and submit required reports to management.
• Follow all company SOPs and guidelines during field visits and data collection.
• Coordinate with local authorities, government officials, and other stakeholders whenever required.
• Ensure all survey data is updated accurately and submitted on time.

Eligibility

• Minimum Graduate (any stream).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic report preparation.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Decent personality and professional behavior.
• Good observation and data collection skills.
• Ability to coordinate with field staff and government officials.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Prior experience in survey, field operations, monitoring, or data collection preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications, GPS/location mapping, and digital data collection preferred.
• Ability to handle field teams and coordinate manpower when required.
