Job summary

Blue Yonder in Hyderabad is seeking a technical support professional to assist in analyzing and debugging customer issues across BY Planning solutions. You will collaborate with Product Development, Consulting and Cloud services, with on-call coverage during steady-state operations.

The role requires strong SQL/PL-SQL skills, knowledge of BY data workflow, and experience in SC domain, along with debugging and incident-handling responsibilities and the ability to propose permanent solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 4-5 years IT experience, with 2-3 years in Supply chain products.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL, Data structures; NextGen: AppDynamics, Splunk, MuleSoft, Python, AI/ML, Azure.
• Ability to debug and analyze code in Java or similar languages.

Scope

• This role is focused on supporting various BY Planning solutions.
• This role needs technical support to analyse and debug customer issues.
• Needs to work with cross functional teams including Product Development, Consulting and Cloud services.
• This role needs technical support during the Steady state period. Provides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity.
• This position may require 24x7/Weekend coverage and response to systems alerts during 'on-call' periods.
• Provides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology.
• Understands the workflow and tables involved in BY solutions (IO, OP, S&OP, FP, SCP, ESP, Demand, Fulfilment) can be configured to better facilitate client business processes.

Technical Environment

• Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
• Basic understanding of BY data workflow
• Installation of BY products
• Intermediate knowledge at MS Excel
• Basic understanding on customer business and process.
• Relevant experience on BY SCPO and Manufacturing Planning suite of products
• Requires a bachelor’s degree (in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) and experience in SC domain
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills, ability to provide alternatives, root cause analysis, testing skills and ability to make thoughtful proposals are also among the skills required

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 4-5 years of IT experience, with 2-3 years in Supply chain products
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Data structure. NextGen skills like AppDynamics, Splunk, MuleSoft, Python, AI/ML, Azure is a plus
• Understands how BY solutions can be configured to better facilitate client business processes.
• Should have strong flair for technology and hands on expertise in debugging/analysing code in any of the programming languages (Java)
