Job Overview
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides services for Nokia’s workforce and business-to-business domains. Our diverse global team maintains over a dozen IAM-related services in legacy on-premises and modern cloud environments. Nokia IAM is currently focused on renewing services to leverage cloud platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform recurrent maintenance tasks on all IDM components.
- Monitor the current environment and take proactive actions to maintain the service.
- Participate in service upgrade and enhancement deployments.
- Interface with IDM T3 Members & Lead, Architect and Service Delivery Management for all‑round discussions.
- Support Nokia Identity Management services in a second‑tier support role and solve escalated incidents.
Key Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Red Hat Linux operating systems (or other Linux OS) and 1+ year of hands‑on experience with Red Hat Identity Management (IDM).
- Intermediate understanding and hands‑on experience with Red Hat IDM server and client installation, configuration and operations (users/groups/hosts management, policy configuration, etc.).
- Basic understanding and hands‑on experience with Linux services such as certificate system, Kerberos KDC, DNS Server, NTP Server, etc.
- Knowledge of LDAP, Apache, Kerberos and Linux OS fundamentals for troubleshooting day‑to‑day issues.
- Knowledge of Bash scripting and running basic scripts for recurring tasks.
- Exposure to monitoring tools (Zabbix) and proactive alert handling.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Bash scripting and OS patching.
- Experience working on multiple Linux OS platforms such as RHEL, Rocky, Debian and Ubuntu.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of NIS (Network Information System).
- Knowledge of additional identity‑management products.
