Job summary

Nokia is seeking an IT leader to drive enhancements in its internal IT systems and develop innovative solutions in line with product strategy. The role involves collaborating with Operations to deliver best-in-class products, oversee performance and governance, and steer initiatives that address business escalations.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of management experience, strong AI experience, Atlassian Cloud expertise, and familiarity with data privacy and GDPR considerations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of management experience in a professional discipline.
• Strong experience with AI solutions (as user, developer, and implementer) and Atlassian Cloud expertise; data privacy and GDPR knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drives enhancements in own area and develops technical innovations for business needs.
• Creates implementation roadmaps in line with the product strategy.
• Runs the performance excellence with Operations team and provides area expertise to solve business escalations.
• Ensures that the business escalations are managed within IT and contributes to the lessons learned created.

Covers the performance and monitoring of day-to-day database and system activities as well as the provision of remote support to users regarding hardware and software problems.

Covers the performance and monitoring of day-to-day database and system activities as well as the provision of remote support to users regarding hardware and software problems.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Key Skills And Experience

• 4 - 6 years of Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents.
• Next to management skills a very good experience with AI solutions in general, as a user and development and implementation skills and experience are required. Furthermore, deep understanding of Atlassian Cloud solutions is a mandatory pre-requisite. Some experience in Data privacy and data governance and GDPR would be greatly appreciated.
