Job summary

Apidel Technologies is seeking a skilled support/engineering professional to join our payments-focused team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You will handle incoming tickets, troubleshoot complex systems, and collaborate with the dev team to hand off active issues and build a knowledge base.

The role involves operations and maintenance coding in Java, Python or shell, deployment support in staging/production, and AWS technologies, with a focus on reliability and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development or 2+ years of technical support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Experience scripting in modern programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide support of incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks across multiple products, features and services.
• Work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily in Java, Python, or shell scripts, and AWS technologies.
