The System administrator is responsible for the following:

• Managing Assigned LABs
  • Configure and manage infrastructure including PCs (Windows and Linux), network devices, display devices, databases and automation of testing infrastructure.
  • Windows administration
  • Demo setup assistance
  • Software/Hardware installation at customer site
  • Software/Hardware upgrade at customer site
  • Understanding VizExperts software and demonstrating it to visitors
  • Documenting issues and updating documents wherever required
  • Inventory management of software and hardware
• Pre‑sales/Technical Marketing activities
  • Meeting clients and gathering requirements
  • Accompany engineers for technical demonstration
  • Documenting and forwarding to marketing/sales teams
  • Helping sales and marketing team wherever required

Qualifications

Qualifications: BE, BTech, MCA, MTech, ME, MSc

Experience: 0–2 years

Verbal communication: good, precise and clear

Written communication: proficient in English for documentation

• Basic C / C++, Windows, core computing fundamentals, shell/batch scripting
• Deep knowledge of Windows system administration
