Job summary

With 25+ years in customer and patient experience management, we’re building a hub for intelligent automation and real-time engagement.

We seek a Support Engineer to handle 1st and 2nd line IT support for internal users, resolve issues across Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux, and collaborate with 3rd-line engineers

Qualifications

• Experience in first-line and second-line IT support roles.
• Familiarity with Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
• Exposure to 3rd-line escalations or advanced system administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle first-line and second-line IT support tickets for internal users.
• Resolve issues across Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding users, including account setup and permissions.
• Collaborate with 3rd-line engineers on escalated issues.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency.
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts or outages as needed.
