Job summary

Mindware Infotech in Delhi seeks a friendly IT support specialist to be the first point of contact for clients. You will troubleshoot software, Microsoft 365 and endpoint issues, handle tickets, and work with engineering to resolve problems.

You will also write help articles, maintain internal docs and spot recurring problems to suggest permanent fixes. English and Hindi communication is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in IT or software support
• Good spoken and written communication in English and Hindi
• Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting
• A patient, customer-first attitude
