Qualifications

Job Description

The Support BF Mechanical (RMHS. WML Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of mechanical systems within the plant. This position is pivotal in planning and executing both preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance. The engineer will oversee workshop activities, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety and quality. A key aspect of the role involves optimizing equipment performance through strategic planning and effective resource management. The engineer will also be responsible for leading a team of technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards is paramount, as is maintaining detailed maintenance records and reports. The role demands a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime. Additionally, the engineer will drive initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing equipment downtime.
