The candidate should hold a Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with English and Hindi proficiency, and have 4–8 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of production planning and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute production plans to meet targets while minimizing wastage.
• Prepare weekly and daily production schedules; collate information for HOD.
• Maintain records as per SOP and drive continuous improvements.

Job Description

1.Production : Ensure to Achieve Production as per businessPlan Target. Minimize the cost for Production Process. Ensure to achievedesired yield as per Business Plan
2. Plan and Perform activity : Preparingweekly, daily production plan based other schedules released by PPCdepartment. Preparing List of resource requirement. Collationof relevant information to be shared withthe HOD. Ensuring adherence of production inline with specifications.Maintaining all records as required as per documentation as perorganizational defined process and SOP. Recommend changes to be carried outto improve production. Carrying out routine health checkup of equipment's, toensure continuity of operation s.
3. Drive initiative : Analysis and prepareactual production v/s Plan of schedule. Ensuring real time production isupdated in SAP System. Ensure proper handling of SAP System and timely bookproduction in System. Ensure timely booking of real time production inavailable system.
