Job summary

Smartstream Limited is seeking a Support Analyst to provide L1/L2 production support. The role requires working knowledge of Java, Unix and SQL with Oracle / PostgreSQL databases and experience with job scheduling and monitoring.

Responsibilities include debugging, configuring, root cause analysis, prompt ticket responses, stakeholder communication, and monitoring job runs to meet SLAs. This is a permanent, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in L1/L2 production support.
• Proficient in Java, SQL and Unix.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support: debug the application, check config, and perform RCA.
• Respond to tickets promptly and communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor job runs and meet SLAs.

Shift Requirements:

Must be flexible to work in Morning, General, and European shifts. Night shift support may be required on a need-basis depending on operational requirements.
