Job summary

Smartstream in Mumbai is seeking a Support Analyst to provide L1/L2 production support with working knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and job schedulers. Strong debugging and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities include debugging applications, checking configurations, providing workarounds, conducting root cause analysis, responding to tickets promptly, and monitoring job runs to meet SLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on L1/L2 Production support experience.
• Experience with Java/SQL/Unix and related tools.

Must be flexible to work in Morning, General, and European shifts. Night shift support may be required on a need-basis depending on operational requirements.
