Job Description

We are looking for experienced Supply Planning professionals with hands-on expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), supply planning, and inventory optimization.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing and executing supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, optimizing inventory levels, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business requirements.
• Participate in S&OP / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles and supply-demand review meetings.
• Optimize inventory levels, safety stock, and inventory availability.
• Identify and reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
• Manage inventory balancing and resolve supply-demand mismatches.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and demand planning teams.
• Use SAP, SAP IBP, or other ERP / supply planning tools for planning and execution.
• Monitor supply risks, material shortages, and replenishment requirements.

Mandatory Skills

• 48 years of relevant hands-on experience in S&OP and Supply Planning.
• Independent supply plan development and execution.
• Inventory Optimization, Safety Stock, and Inventory Balancing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, SAP IBP, or equivalent ERP / planning tools.
