Job summary

Livspace is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to strengthen our Supply Chain & Operations team and drive seamless execution across appliances and home solutions. You will manage end-to-end operations from PO to delivery, oversee 3PL warehouses, inventory, and marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, and implement MIS dashboards to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain & Operations.
• Strong experience in consumer durables, home appliances, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industries.
• Hands-on experience with inventory, warehouses, logistics partners, and marketplace operations.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/OMS systems and advanced MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from PO release to final customer delivery
• Drive fulfilment operations across B2B, B2C, D2C, and marketplace channels
• Manage supply chain operations for home appliances and consumer durable products
• Oversee 3PL warehouse operations including inbound, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure optimum inventory availability, stock accuracy, and efficient replenishment planning
• Manage marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online channels
• Coordinate with logistics partners to improve delivery timelines, last-mile performance, and customer experience
• Track operational KPIs including OTIF, fulfilment SLA, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and logistics costs
• Develop MIS dashboards and drive data-based decision-making
• Implement SOPs, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects

Requirements:
