Job summary

Livspace in Gurugram, India, is seeking a Supply Manager- Services to lead end-to-end vendor sourcing, onboarding, and governance for interior contractors. You will coordinate with QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance to ensure timely delivery and adherence to supply plans.

Requirements include a Graduate/Post Graduate degree and 4–5 years of vendor management or operations experience, strong problem-solving, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• 4–5 years of vendor management or operations experience.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• E2E sourcing, onboarding, and training of contractor interior vendors as per supply plan and ensuring strict adherence.
• Vendor negotiations and owning Product Margins.
• Tracking of vendor's project POs, invoices, GST filing, and payments.
• Primary ownership of contract vendor's rating, bandwidth, rewards, and churning along with day-to-day vendor escalation management.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders (QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams) to track/resolve the above parameters/issues.
• Conducting monthly town halls with vendors.
• Active involvement in special projects/Key initiatives

Job Requirement
