Job summary

VirtuBox Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive specialist to manage procurement, logistics, and inventory across sales, rentals, demos, and field deployments.

Responsibilities include supporting purchasing activities, supplier sourcing, contract coordination, and cost-reduction initiatives; coordinating with freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery teams; and maintaining supplier relationships. You will work closely with operations, technicians, and demo teams to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement activities, supplier sourcing, contract coordination, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Familiarity with building scalable procurement and sourcing processes.
• Ability to work with vendors based on defined KPIs (cost, quality, delivery).
• Knowledge of maintaining supplier relationships and supporting quality review processes.
