Job summary

Gonoise is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Intern in Gurgaon to assist with end-to-end supply chain tasks, including PO processing, dispatch, and logistics coordination. You will work with experienced teams to gain hands-on exposure to e-commerce and offline operations.

Role involves cross-functional collaboration, data management, and documentation for domestic and export orders, plus support to resolve PO and delivery issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track upcoming Purchase Orders (POs) across online platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Quick Commerce) and offline channels (GT/MT, Corporate, International).
• Assist in generating and maintaining MIS reports for buyer POs and dispatch data.
• Support warehouse dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Help manage documentation for domestic and export orders, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with logistics and courier partners to track deliveries and resolve delays.
• Assist in collaborating with marketplace POCs and category teams to resolve PO, appointment, and delivery-related issues.
• Track shipments and support accurate completion of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
• Assist the finance team with data reconciliation and maintaining Proof of Deliveries.

About the Role

Noise is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team in Gurgaon. You'll work alongside experienced Supply Chain & Sales Operations professionals to manage order processing, warehouse dispatch, and logistics coordination, while gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end e-commerce and offline supply chain operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of supply chain, sales operations, or e-commerce processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
