A leading internship provider in India is offering an Operations PTL internship in Gurugram. Interns will gain exposure to project management, process optimization, and operational strategies. Responsibilities include improving service levels and delivery times. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and preferably has knowledge of supply chain logistics. • Knowledge of Supply chain and Logistics (Preferable).
• Comfortable in calling.

Responsibilities

• Improve SLA by tracking and follow-ups.
• Improve NDR adherence and reduce returns.
• Improve delivery TAT of Last-mile shipments and ensure minimum cooling time in the chain.
