Job summary

CONSYST in Kerala, Ernakulam seeks a procurement professional to handle local and regular procurement activities, identify suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate and follow up on orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely material availability.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in English/Hindi/Tamil, willingness to travel (50%), and a basic knowledge of electrical components; two-wheeler driving license is mandatory, with in-person work.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for material availability and delivery schedules.
• Maintain purchase orders, delivery status and supplier records.
• Basic understanding of electrical and automation components is preferred.
• Support project teams in ensuring timely material availability.
