Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including import/export documentation, reporting, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with supply chain operations, and the ability to ensure smooth and compliant logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and documentation
• Manage and process import and export documentation in compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for smooth operations
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for tracking supply chain performance
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation using Tally and MS Office tools
• Support audit processes by maintaining proper documentation and records
• Monitor inventory and shipment status to ensure timely delivery
• Identify and resolve operational issues in the supply chain process

Mandatory Skills
