Job Purpose

Conduct detailed analysis of current Supply Chain processes within the Vendor Risk Supply Chain team and support the Business Excellence (BE) program. Work on various BE projects across all plants and specific areas to optimize the supply chain, leading to significant savings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of supply chain processes and support the Business Excellence program.
• Identify and shortlist projects in collaboration with BE consultants.
• Carry out data analysis, develop business cases, and present findings to HODs and senior management.
• After approval, develop project charters and guide implementation until sign‑off by management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement selected projects.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports for implementation tracking and communicate progress, savings, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement through data‑driven insights and implement strategies to optimize vendor risk management processes.
• Streamline workflows, establish quality assurance measures for vendor risk assessments, and ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors to enhance communication and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: BE in Chemical or Mechanical engineering + MBA.
• Functional Skills: Exposure to Supply Chain and project management.
• Technical Skills: Prior experience in business case development for senior management in manufacturing, supply chain, or projects.
• Competencies: Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and effective collaboration across departments.
