The ideal candidate holds a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in SCM, Operations, or Logistics, with 4–6 years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in SCM, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• Certifications in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain roles.
• Experience in procurement coordination, inventory planning, and logistics.
• Strong vendor management and process optimization skills.
• Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement coordination and supplier follow-ups to ensure material availability
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, and sales teams for seamless operations
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock planning to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Handle shipment planning, transportation coordination, and dispatch activities
• Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, and shipment documentation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, transporters, and service providers
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations
• Resolve operational issues related to delays, dispatches, and inventory discrepancies
