Job summary

SS International in Coimbatore is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage farmer liaison, organic produce procurement, and export logistics for Indian operations.

You will coordinate with Tamil Nadu farmers, handle cold chain and export docs, liaise with certification bodies, and prepare procurement reports; Tamil and English communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Agriculture, SCM or related field.
• 2–3 years in agricultural procurement or supply chain.
• Knowledge of organic certification standards preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software; Tamil & English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with partner farmers across Tamil Nadu for organic procurement.
• Manage cold chain logistics and export documentation.
• Liaise with certification bodies for USDA and EU organic compliance.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team.
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses for management.
• Coordinate with international buyers on shipment schedules.
