Calfus Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Consultant with strong Oracle SCM Cloud experience to lead implementations across Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Manufacturing from Bengaluru.

You will engage with clients to translate business needs into effective SCM solutions and deliver training while supporting ongoing operations. Day‑one requirements include 3–6 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle SCM and EBS modules; strong SCM process knowledge and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle SCM modules.
• In-depth experience with Oracle Cloud SCM — Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing.
• Proven experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• Experience on both implementation and support projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle SCM Cloud implementations from requirements to deployment.
• Provide functional expertise and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM modules.
• Translate client business processes into Oracle SCM solutions.
• Develop and deliver client training on Oracle SCM functionality.
• Support ongoing client operations and drive process improvements.
• Create design specs, test scripts, and user manuals.

About the Role

Calfus is an AI engineering and platforms company, and our Oracle SCM practice helps clients modernize how they manage order, inventory, and manufacturing operations end to end. We're looking for a Supply Chain Consultant with strong Oracle SCM Cloud experience to lead implementation and support work across Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle Oracle SCM Cloud implementations — requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment — across Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle EBS SCM modules, troubleshooting issues and optimizing existing functionality.
• Work directly with clients to translate real business processes into effective Oracle SCM solutions.
• Develop and deliver client training on Oracle SCM functionality.
• Support ongoing client operations — incident resolution, problem management, continuous improvement.
• Prepare functional design specs, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Stay current with the latest Oracle SCM Cloud features.

What You’ll Need — Day One

• 3–6 years of hands‑on functional experience with Oracle SCM modules.
• In‑depth functional experience with Oracle Cloud SCM — Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Proven experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• Experience across both implementation and support projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules or integrations.
• Prior consulting experience.
• SCM certifications (APICS CSCP, CPIM) or Oracle Cloud certifications.
