Job summary

Calfus Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud Consultant to join our growing practice. You will lead end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud Planning implementations, tailor Demand Management and Supply Planning, and translate client needs into effective cloud solutions.

You’ll mentor junior consultants, engage with senior stakeholders, and contribute to practice development. The role requires 8–12 years of hands-on Oracle SCM Cloud experience and strong knowledge of MPS, MRP,

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on Oracle Supply Chain Planning experience.
• 5–6 years of full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle SCM Cloud modules (Demand Management, Supply Planning).
• Conduct business process assessments and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Lead workshops and CRP/UAT with stakeholders; develop design and test artifacts.
• Provide post go-live hypercare and managed services; mentor juniors.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud Consultant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud Planning modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations and a strong understanding of supply chain business processes across manufacturing and distribution industries.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud modules including Demand Management, Supply Planning.
• Conduct business process assessments, gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Design and configure planning parameters, plan options, exception management, and supply network models aligned with client business needs
• Lead workshops, CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions, and UAT with key business stakeholders
• Develop functional design documents (FDD), solution design documents, test scripts, and training materials
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support and ongoing managed services
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development and thought leadership
• Engage with clients at senior levels to provide advisory on supply chain best practices and Oracle roadmap.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning, including 5-6 years of exposure to a full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation
• Working functional knowledge of one or more of the following modules:
• Demand Management (Demand Sensing, Demand Forecasting)
• Good understanding of supply chain concepts including MPS, MRP, DRP, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting
• Familiarity with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting for SCM Planning
• Exposure to Oracle data models and planning data flows
• Ability to support fit-gap analysis and solution design activities
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud SCM certification in Planning modules
• Experience in manufacturing industries such as Hi-Tech, Consumer Goods, Industrial, or Life Sciences
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Mfg) and their integration with Planning
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies
