Job summary

Calfus Inc. is seeking a Lead OIC Consultant in Bengaluru to own the technical track on Oracle Cloud SaaS/EBS implementations, architect integrations, mentor a technical team, and engage clients through complex requirements.

You will shape the solution with functional teams, lead consultants through delivery, and ensure quality from design to go-live. This role demands strong leadership and Oracle Cloud expertise.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Oracle PaaS/OIC, with hands-on work in customizations, integrations, and reporting.
• Proven experience with OIC, VBCS, OTBI, and BI Publisher in Oracle ERP or Finance tracks.
• Experience extracting, cleansing, and migrating Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud data.
• At least 1–2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, and listening skills — you'll be leading a team and facing clients directly.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical track on Cloud SaaS/EBS implementations — designing, documenting, developing, unit testing, and deploying customizations across reports, integrations, VBCS, forms, and bolt-on applications.
• Design and lead OIC integrations to Oracle ERP Cloud, including REST and SOAP calls and FBDI/ADFdi file uploads.
• Partner directly with functional and business analyst teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead a team of technical consultants — driving design decisions, delivery quality, and day-to-day technical direction.
• Own user feedback collection, disposition, and remediation through the testing phase, ensuring the solution actually works for the people using it.

About the Role

Calfus is an AI engineering and platforms company, and our Oracle practice sits at the center of how our clients modernize their ERP and integration landscape. We're looking for a Lead OIC Consultant to own the technical track on Oracle Cloud SaaS/EBS implementations — someone who can architect integrations, mentor a technical team, and be the person clients trust when the requirements get complex.

This isn't a build-to-spec role. You'll be shaping the technical solution alongside functional and business teams, leading a team of consultants through delivery, and owning quality through testing and go-live.
