Calfus Inc. invites an Oracle Integration Consultant to own end-to-end integrations with hands-on OIC depth, connecting Oracle ERP Cloud to third-party and on-premise systems.

Requirements include 3–8 years in Oracle PaaS/OIC with OTBI and BI Publisher, and at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation; strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

About the Role

Calfus is an AI engineering and platforms company, and our Oracle practice is where our clients' ERP and integration landscape gets built and modernized. We're looking for an Oracle Integration Consultant who can own end-to-end integrations — not just support what's already built — with real hands-on OIC depth and either genuine VBCS experience or a real interest in growing into it.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end integrations in OIC connecting Oracle ERP Cloud to third-party and on-premise systems — REST calls, SOAP calls, and FBDI/ADFdi file uploads.
• Own customizations across reports, integrations, VBCS, forms, and bolt-on applications in the client environment — from design through unit testing and deployment.
• Work directly with functional teams and client business analysts to turn business requirements into technical specifications.
• Own user feedback collection and remediation through the testing phase, making sure the solution actually works for the people using it.

What You'll Need — Day One

• 3‑8 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle PaaS/OIC, with real, demonstrated experience designing and building integrations end to end — not just maintaining or supporting them.
• Proven experience with OIC, OTBI, and BI Publisher in Oracle ERP or Finance tracks.
• Experience extracting, cleansing, and migrating Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud data.
• At least 1 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, and listening skills.

On VBCS specifically

We're looking for real VBCS experience — but we're also genuinely open to someone who hasn't built in it yet and wants to. If you're strong on OIC and curious about VBCS, tell us that directly; we'd rather invest in someone motivated to grow there than screen out a strong integrations' candidate over one missing skill.
