Calfus Inc. in Pune district seeks a Lead - Supply Chain with 8+ years of Oracle SCM experience to lead cloud procurement implementations and ongoing support.

You will translate client requirements into effective SCM solutions and deliver training on Oracle functionalities. The role requires deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Procurement or Order Management) and EBS SCM, with a proven track record in both implementation and support projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle cloud SCM modules
• Experience in end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations (Procurement or Order Management)
• Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM modules
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• SCM certifications (APICS CSCP/CPIM) or Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead - Supply Chain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience with a strong focus on Oracle SCM solutions, particularly Oracle Cloud procurement. This role will involve working on challenging implementation and support projects, leveraging your functional expertise to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle Oracle SCM Cloud implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for Procurement cloud suite.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective Oracle SCM solutions.
• Develop and deliver client training on Oracle SCM functionalities.
• Support ongoing client operations, including incident resolution, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including functional design specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Stay up to date with the latest Oracle SCM Cloud features and functionalities.
• Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM modules, troubleshooting issues and optimizing existing functionalities.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle cloud Supply Chain Management modules.
• Mandatory in-depth functional experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules, specifically either Procurement or Order Management.
• Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM modules.
• Demonstrated experience in both implementation and support projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• SCM certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM) or Oracle Cloud certifications are a significant advantage.

We'd be super excited if you have

• Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules or integrations.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Basic query writing (PL/SQL), OTBI reporting
