Job summary

Techtale Innovations seeks an SCM professional to oversee end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including procurement, PO processing, and logistics coordination.

You will manage vendor relationships, shipment tracking, and inventory data in ERP systems, while supporting clients and internal stakeholders with accurate SCM reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end SCM processes.
• Experience in procurement, PO processing and logistics coordination.
• Vendor management, shipment tracking and delivery coordination.
• Inventory records maintenance and ERP data updates.
• SM Excel proficient and SCM reporting know-how.
• Experience in client handling and internal stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of SLA/KPI tracking and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• - Apply end-to-end SCM best practices across procurement, PO processing and logistics.
• - Coordinate vendor management, shipment tracking and timely deliveries.
• - Maintain accurate inventory data and ensure ERP data integrity.
• - Generate SCM reports using MS Excel and other tools.
• - Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• - Track SLA/KPI metrics and document processes for continuous improvement.
