Job summary

Flowserve India Controls Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a Stores and Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day materials management for the control valve manufacturing plant.

You will ensure timely receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of raw materials, components, tooling and finished goods, while maintaining accuracy and safety. You will collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Finance and Logistics to support uninterrupted operations and continuous improvement in warehouse

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Supply Chain required.
• 10–15 years of stores/warehouse experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all stores and warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, issuing and dispatching.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Finance and Logistics to keep operations running.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping and compliance with EHS and site standards.

Job TitleStores and Warehouse SupervisorDepartmentManufacturing Operations / Supply ChainLocationControl Valve Manufacturing Plant – Whitefield, BangalorePosition SummaryThe Stores and Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day warehouse and materials management activities in support of Flowserve’s control valve manufacturing operations. This role ensures accurate and timely receipt, storage, control, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, bought-out components, consumables, tooling, spare parts, and finished goods. The position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production continuity, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving disciplined warehouse practices.
