• Manage performance cycles: goal setting, reviews, calibration, documentation, and data validation.
• Support SAP/SuccessFactors configuration, testing, timelines, and end-to-end cycle execution.
• Administer merit, bonus, incentive, job pricing, survey, and market data activities.
• Deliver and validate recurring performance and compensation reports from HR systems.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve data issues while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Coordinate daily work to meet SLAs, timelines, workflows, and service delivery expectations.
• Respond to performance and compensation queries, protect confidentiality, and handle complex issues.
• Maintain documentation, audits and training, update SOPs, and drive process improvements.

This position is responsible for executing and managing global performance management processes and supporting compensation delivery programs with accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines. The role ensures high-quality delivery across performance and rewards cycles, supports operational excellence, and provides frontline insights to improve processes, documentation, and reporting effectiveness.

Duties

• 1. Manage performance cycles including goal setting, reviews, calibration, documentation, and data validation.

• 2. Support SAP/SuccessFactors configuration, testing, timelines, and end-to-end cycle execution.

• Ability to execute detailed, repetitive tasks with high accuracy and consistency.

• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
