McDonald’s Hyderabad is seeking a Supervisor, Project Management based in India. You will drive alignment through the planning process, elevate the People Program Management capability, and support Global People initiatives throughout the year.

Collaborate with in-market GP Strategy & Planning and product teams to map timelines, milestones, and launches. The ideal candidate has experience in project and portfolio management, will reside in India, and excels at cross-functional communication,

Qualifications

• Create presentation materials and data artifacts required for GP deployment and phasing.
• Assist in crafting strategic communications related to GP policies, initiatives, and organizational changes.
• Manages schedules and deadlines for Global People initiatives.
• Supports the execution of function-wide meetings (e.g. Project Acceleration Meetings and webcasts).

• Coordinate with the GP Strategy & Planning team to support long-term GP strategies, goals, and plans.
• Collaborate with Product Teams and GP Strategy & Planning to build timelines for the People Portfolio including milestones, deadlines, and launches.
• Accountable for effective coordination and on-time delivery of HR Program Management support activities.
• Prepare periodic reports for the GP Strategy & Planning team to track progress against goals.

Role Overview

McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Project Management rolebased in India. You will be responsible for driving alignment through the innovativeplanning process, elevating the People Program Management capability, and supportingkey Global People initiatives throughout the year. In addition to specific planningaccountabilities, there will be opportunities to collaborate closely with the in-market GlobalPeople Strategy & planning team on ad-hoc projects to support the broader organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project and portfolio management.

The candidate is expected to reside in India.

Duties

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Cross Team Collaboration & Partnerships:

• Serves as “go-to” resource and support for market on all things related to the Peopleplanning process
• Coordinate with the GP Strategy & Planning team to support the execution of long-term GP strategies, goals, and plans and ensure alignment with overall Global People Segment business objectives
• Collaborates with Product Teams and GP Strategy & Planning team to build timelinesfor the entire People Portfolio including milestones, deadlines, and launches

Program Management:

• Accountable for effective coordination and on-time delivery of HR Program Management support activities
• Assist in the orchestration and sequencing of key GP projects, ensuring they areexecuted efficiently and within established timelines, while coordinating resources,tracking progress, and escalating challenges
• Prepare periodic reports for the GP Strategy & Planning team to track strategic goalaccomplishments and initiative progress

Qualifications

Required:

• Create presentation materials & data management artifacts required for the effectivedeployment and phasing of GP initiative
• Assist in the crafting of strategic communication related to GP policies, initiatives, andorganizational changes
• Manages schedules and deadlines for Global People initiatives
• Supports the execution of function-wide meetings (e.g. Project Acceleration Meetingsand functional webcasts), developing key inputs and outputs for these events

Preferred :

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Culture, orrelated field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven 7 - 9 years of experience in roles responsible for people experience or project management
• Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complexstructure
• Experience working across many countries and cultures
• Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders
• Work a schedule with strong overlap to U.S. business hours (e.g., 2:00 p.m.–11:00p.m. IST) to ensure real time collaboration with North America–based partners

• Technical knowledge in areas of people experience, project management, and HRprocesses
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills
• Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization
• Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations
