Job summary

McDonald’s Corporation is expanding its payroll services team in Hyderabad, India, and seeks a Supervisor of Payroll Services to oversee global payroll operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. You will lead daily payroll activities, manage staff, and partner with Finance Experience Management teams to align priorities and deliver accurate payroll experiences for employees.

The ideal candidate will bring 4–7 years of NA payroll experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting

Department Overview

McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Payroll Services, to oversee and manage payroll operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and international regulations.

The Supervisor, Payroll Services, leads day-to-day payroll activities, oversees payroll staff, resolves complex payroll issues, and serves as a subject matter expert for payroll processes. This role partners closely with business leaders to ensure seamless payroll experience for employees.

Duties

• Provide coaching, development, and direction to team members to exceed customer satisfaction, meet department objectives and deliver quality results.
• Assists team in researching and resolving questions or making determinations on the more difficult and complex issues
• Develop and implement CI initiatives with team and Finance Experience Management (including US based team).
• Collaborate with Finance Experience Management (including US based team) to ensure the alignment and execution of team priorities and GBS goals.
• Monitor metrics for all tasks to ensure performance within team SLA's and objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.
• 4 - 7 years relevant minimum experience required
• Experience with North America Payroll, Accounting/Finance, experience with complex transactions and NA labor law regulations
