Job summary

The Place of posting will be Central, North and Eastern parts of India. The incumbent will assist the Head SHIRA in overseeing day-to-day site administration, security and facilities management.

He/she will manage IR challenges, ensure compliance with Labour Code provisions and implement policies on welfare, PMS, training and CSR across EPC sites, including contractor compliance and workplace management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of New Labour Code and related aspects.
• Experience with BoCW, Contract Labour, and EPF/ESIC compliance.
• Ability to implement site policies and PMS/training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site administration, security, and facilities.
• Address IR challenges affecting site operations.
• Facilitate welfare and lifecycle management for employees.
• Ensure contractor compliance with labour colony and workplace rules.
• Promote corporate policies on PMS, training, and CSR.

• -1) Day-to-day site level Administration, Site Security and Facilities Management
• 2) Day-to-day IR Challenges arising out of internal and external factors
• 3) Facilitate the implementation of site level policies and processes defined for the L&T Rolls Employee related to their welfare and life cycle management
• 4) Contractor compliances management wrt the Labour Colony Management and Workplace Management
• 5) Guide and Facilitate the implementation of corporate guidelines and policies on various employee related matters including PMS, Training and CSR implementation

For the above he shall be well versed with the New Labour Code and related aspects wrt BoCW, Contract Labour, Employee Compensation, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Payment of Bonus, EPF, ESIC and other statutory compliances applicable to the EPC site
