The role requires a B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering, 2+ years in electrical engineering (solar/renewable sector preferred), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel to site locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in solar/renewable sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of transmission lines for the solar project.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during the project.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and technical specifications.
